On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, His Excellency Bishop Aldo Berardi, Apostolic Vicar of Northern Arabia, extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, may God protect and preserve him, and to His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, may God protect and preserve him.
