Rekindle the Spirit: Pentecost Night Vigil
CHARIS Kuwait, together with various ecclesiastical movements in Kuwait, organized the Pentecost Night Vigil 2026 from Thursday, 21 May to Friday, 22 May 2026. The prayerful gathering commenced on Thursday night with the Holy Rosary recited in different languages and concluded with the Eucharistic Celebration on Friday morning.
The night-long vigil, filled with prayer, praise and worship, Eucharistic adoration, and spiritual reflections, was beautifully enriched by the hymns sung by the Charis Choir. The event served as a meaningful preparation for a renewed Pentecost experience. Faithful from all four parishes in Kuwait participated in large numbers, witnessing a deep spirit of unity and devotion.
A particularly grace-filled moment of the vigil was the laying on of hands by the priests, which spiritually uplifted and rekindled the hearts of the faithful with the fire of the Holy Spirit.
